- First come, first served basis
- Rates are per person basis and valid for Philippine passport holders only
- Non-refundable booking deposit of USD 200 per person shall be collected through the agent’s portal to guarantee the slot. FRAG ID & T-Pin is required to make a reservation
- Bookings will be considered confirmed/guaranteed once reservation fees have been provided
- Full payment must be settled within 30 days prior to the departure date
- Minimum of 20 adult passengers per travel date is required to push the group departure and must travel together both ways. VIA Philippines has the right to dissolve or change the travel period if the minimum number of passengers were incomplete
- Rates are subject to change if the group number decreases
- Rates are based on twin/triple sharing
- A passenger traveling alone or using a single room and child rate is subject for computation
- Deviation from the group is not allowed. Surcharges may apply
- Subject to additional cost and availability for special requests like meals, tours and other arrangements during the tour
- Higher room categories are available upon request and subject to computation
- Any amendments to the passenger’s details or travel dates are not allowed as soon as the booking is confirmed
