Terms and Conditions+
- First come, first served basis
- Rates are per person basis and valid for Philippine passport holders only
- Non-refundable booking deposit of USD 100 per person shall be collected through the agent’s portal to guarantee the slot. FRAG ID & T-Pin is required to make a reservation
- Bookings will be considered confirmed/guaranteed once reservation fees have been provided
- Full payment must be settled within 30 days prior to the departure date
- Minimum of 21 adult passengers per travel date is required to push the group departure and must travel together both ways
- VIA Philippines has the right to dissolve or change the travel period if the minimum number of passengers were incomplete
- Rates are subject to change if the group number decreases
- Rates are based on twin/triple sharing
- A passenger traveling alone or using a single room is subject to Single Supplement Surcharge of USD 140/person
- Deviation from the group is not allowed. Surcharges may apply
- Subject to additional cost and availability for special requests like meals, tours and other arrangements during the tour
- Any amendments to the passenger’s details or travel dates are not allowed as soon as the booking is confirmed
- Guaranteed booking restrictions: Non-refundable/non-rebookable/non-endorsable/non-re-routable/group ticket issuance
- As this is a group issuance, all necessary documents, including flight tickets and service vouchers, will be issued together in one complete set, following a scheduled release
